Use a teaspoon (approx. 1/2) or a bamboo matcha spoon (approx. 2 heaped) and measure the matcha into a cup of your choice, ideally a Japanese bowl . To create a unique texture and the best taste, it is recommended to use a special matcha sieve during the process.
Now add some warm (approx. 70°C) filtered water. Then beat the matcha in quick "W" movements until it is lightly foamy. The whisk should only lightly touch the bottom of the bowl. Trying is better than studying, so Matcha Up.

For ideal freshness, matcha should always be stored in a cool place, e.g. in the refrigerator. A whisk holder can also be used to store your matcha whisk optimally, so that it is protected from mold and can retain its shape.
