How To Matcha

preparation
Use a teaspoon (approx. 1/2) or a bamboo matcha spoon (approx. 2 heaped) and measure the matcha into a cup of your choice, ideally a Japanese bowl . To create a unique texture and the best taste, it is recommended to use a special matcha sieve during the process.
Now pour in some warm (approx. 70°C) filtered water. Then whisk the matcha in quick "W" movements until it is lightly foamy. The whisk should only lightly touch the bottom of the bowl. Trying is better than studying, so Matcha Up.

For ideal freshness, matcha should always be stored in a cool place, e.g. in the refrigerator. A whisk holder can also be used to store your matcha whisk optimally, so that it is protected from mold and can retain its shape.
Matcha from the Matcha Dealer is either in a tea tin with an airtight screw cap or in a resealable aroma protection bag with a zipper. This means that it is maximally protected from moisture, odors and light and a consistently excellent taste is guaranteed in the long term.
