Matcha White Chocolate Cookie

Ingredients:
250 g flour
160g sugar
8-12g Matcha (depending on intensity)
2g baking powder
2g baking soda
1 egg
120g white chocolate
125g butter

Take the butter out of the fridge and let it cool to room temperature. Mix the butter and sugar together to form a creamy mixture. Now add the egg to the creamy butter mixture.

After everything has been mixed well, add your matcha and stir evenly. Once the matcha powder has been completely mixed, you can add flour, baking powder and baking soda and stir.

Finally, add the chopped white chocolate. Mix everything evenly and form balls of about 56-60g and bake in the oven at 170° for 12 minutes.

Once you have taken your cookies out of the oven, let them cool down thoroughly!
