Matcha Cream Cheese Brownie

Ingredients:
3 eggs
120g oil
150g sugar
6 tsp Matcha (depending on intensity)
1.5 tsp vanilla
Salt
150g flour

Filling:
225g cream cheese
50g sugar
3 egg yolks
1.5 tsp vanilla

Baking pan: 26x20 cm



Mix egg + oil + sugar + vanilla + a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl and sift in your matcha. Mix everything together until it has a creamy consistency.
Now sift in the flour and carefully fold it into the egg mixture so that no air escapes.

Once everything is well mixed, you can set the dough aside.

For the filling, combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until creamy.

Now we can layer 🌝

Add half of the batter to the baking pan and spread it evenly. Cover with your cream cheese and add the remaining batter.
Create swirls with a knife and bake the whole thing at 175° for about 25 minutes.
